ProjectWise provides integration with AutoCAD's data link (DATALINK) functionality, which lets you embed a link, inside the DWG document, to an Excel document stored in ProjectWise.

The integrated functionality works basically the same as it does in non-integrated AutoCAD, the only difference is that when you go to browse for the Excel document to embed a link to, ProjectWise's Open Document dialog opens for you to select an Excel document from the active datasource instead of from the local file system.
